Humans focus way too much of our lives on the negativity that we feel - even though we often can’t tell what’s real and what’s perceived.

In any given day there is more that goes well for us than goes poorly. But it’s the bad stuff we always focus on. And those dark feelings seems to grow heavier each and every day.

But you can change this spiraling pattern by actively choosing joy.

Erick Kountz is a training and development specialist. His skills include training, facilitating, hosting, writing, and making education engaging.
