About Us

Yamhill County Human Resource Association (YCHRA) is a professional chapter affiliated with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Membership in YCHRA provides you with both access to a local network of Human Resource Professionals and professional development programs.  YCHRA charges no local Chapter dues, once you are a member of SHRM you can affiliate with YCHRA as your "home" chapter.

YCHRA holds monthly Chapter meetings from January through June and September through November, taking a break during the busy summer months and the holiday season. 

The Chapter meets on the second Thursday of the month from 8:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. and provides trainings on a wide array of employment topics relevant to managing a workforce in a highly regulated environment. 

YCHRA is pleased to provide our monthly Chapter meetings are at no charge and encourages HR Professionals, Office Managers and Small Business owners to attend and learn more about the value of membership. 

Annually in the Spring the Chapter holds one fee based program, a HR Basics seminar in coordination with Attorney firm Barran Liebman, LLP.
