    We’ve heard the phrases “unprecedented” or “uncertain times” almost daily since the COVID-19 pandemic began nearly a year ago. Throughout the last year, HR professionals have been put to the test while navigating changing employment laws, new safety and health requirements, and a workforce that is nervous, agitated, and constantly in a state of flux. Maintaining our resiliency is key to avoiding burn out and continuing to lead in our profession and in our organizations. Join Tammy Eck, Consultant at Clarity Consulting, as we explore ways to build resiliency and keep the energy and focus to persevere through 2021.

    About the Presenter:

    Tammy has more than 10 years in the Human Resource field and has provided HR leadership at Charles Schwab and Vision Service Plan. Tammy has the ability to see the big picture when the picture seems fuzzy. While working in fast paced, large corporate human resource organizations, Tammy developed her expertise in coaching and counseling leaders and employees and moving them towards problem resolution. Her ability to work with an array of professionals from novice leaders to seasoned managers in the areas of performance management and accountability is impactful and influential. She has managed team and leadership interventions and designed and facilitated supporting programs. In addition to the stellar strategies Tammy uses within the coaching arena, she has an incredible ability to facilitate team sessions in DISC, MBTI and management skills. Tammy is effective in balancing business needs with company policies and procedures and employment law to manage complex people related issues. Tammy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon and is a Certified Professional Coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC).
