    About this event

Proof – Mangers Drive Engagement and Retention!

The power shift has changed! According to Prudential 25% off workers say they expect to leave their jobs this year. This current employer climate is like noting we have seen. We keep hearing about the “turnover tsunami” or the “great resignation”. Well turnover is driven primarily by ineffective leaders who cannot build trust with their teams. Most people leave their manager, not their organizations. These same leaders who lose employees tend to have the lowest engagement scores and highest number of employee complaints.

This session provides established, reputable data every organization needs to know and use in order to implement real manager-led engagement and retention solutions that work. We will discuss:

    • Detailed studies and resulting data that reinforce the primary roles leaders play in engagement and retention.

    • Leaders understanding both their impact and the right behaviors to build trust ... and therefore engagement and retention.

    • Strategies around recognition and appreciation to help you keep your team together.

    • Suggestions you can use to find out the level of engagement you currently possess.
