Nancy has worked in the HR profession for over 27 years with industry experience in retail, call centers, banking, and health care. She enjoys helping HR professionals utilize SHRM resources to keep up with the latest HR trends and best practices, have access to HR tools and resources, not to mention keeping in compliance with laws and regulations, and helping protect and engage our workforce.
