    This 1-hour workshop highlights the importance of Becoming an Employer of Choice to maximize employee engagement, retention, recruitment, and profitability.  Specifically, the components companies and their leaders need to implement to compete on factors other than wages will be highlighted.  This training also highlights the specific steps employers need to take to start becoming an employer of choice.  Participants will take part in the interactive discussion to enhance the learning process.

    Objective and Outcomes:

    • Participants will understand what becoming an employer of choice means.
    • Participants will understand the benefits of being an employer of choice.
    • Participants will recognize what employees are demanding from their employers beyond wages.
    • Participants will know the 3 different ways the company can define their pathway to becoming an employer of choice.
    • Participants will know the steps required to become an employer of choice.
