Program: Managing Your Executive Team: Secrets from the Best
Is there a disconnect between how the executive views HR Strategy, and your beliefs of what works best? Does part of your executive team have a blind spot when it comes to employees? Do some of their beliefs get in the way of corporate effectiveness.?
Alan Cabelly and Jean Benevento will guide you through approaches that will help you address these issues. Through anecdotes and classic concepts, they will open doors to creative solutions that will give both you and your executive team new perspectives. You will walk away with ideas that will help you solve problems and move your organization forward.
